extends ExplicitInvocationAction

Creates a request signal that is transmitted to all the potential target objects in the system, where it may cause the firing of state machine transitions and the execution of attached procedures. The argument values are available to the execution of attached procedures. The requestor continues execution immediately. Any attempt to issue a reply is ignored. The definition of the set of target objects in the system requires an implementation dependent specification, as any practical implementation of this action obviously requires a finite set of objects.
